Bitcoincharts provides a elementary API to most of its gegevens. You can use this API to include markets gegevens ter your websites, mobile apps or desktop applets. Please reminisce to add a verbinding to Bitcoincharts!

Bitcoincharts offers weighted prices for several currencies at http://api.bitcoincharts.com/v1/weighted_prices.json. You can use this to price goods and services te Bitcoins. This will yield much lower fluctuations than using a single market’s latest price.
Weighted prices are calculated for the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. If there are no trades during an interval (like no trade within 24 hours) no value will be returned. Prepare your code to treat this cases!
The returned JSON is dictionary with elements for each currency. Each currency has up to three key-value pairs: 24h, 7d and 30d.
You can access normal market gegevens at http://api.bitcoincharts.com/v1/markets.json. This will comeback an array with elements for each market. Returned fields vanaf market are:
colchoneta currency of the market (USD, EUR, Grope, JPY, . )
unixtime of latest trade. Following fields relate to the day of this field (UTC)!
atest trade of previous day
total trade volume of day ter BTC
total trade volume of day te currency
Historic Trade Gegevens
Trade gegevens is available spil CSV, delayed by approx. 15 minutes. It will terugwedstrijd the 2000 most latest trades.
You can use the embark parameter to specify an earlier unix timestamp te order to retrieve older gegevens.
Please note that you can only fetch up to Five days worth of gegevens using this API.
There is an empírico telnet streaming interface on TCP port 27007 at api.bitcoincharts.com.
This service is stringently for private use. Do not assume this gegevens to be 100% accurate or write trading bots that rely on it.
